  1. Hello! I would like to ask which would be better for me. Should I do the 666 routine thrice or follow the suggested sets and reps for each exercise and do it thrice a week as well? I practice boxing and dragon boat. Thanks!

  2. I'd actually recommend, in your case, that you do the 666 bodyweight once a week, and that the other two times you focus on the progressions where you feel you need improvement.

  3. Great workouts, is it really a must to do this oftenly. I mean aside with the warm-up of course it should have before those workouts.

  5. I have a thin body and i want to make it at least a reasonable weight because with this body i have to face many difficulties.This makes my personality nothing everyone looks me and joke on me.
