Who is 'El Diablo'?

An ex-national level runner with minor international credentials, El Diablo is a bit of an animal! He's been coaching and advising beginners to international athletes for the last 15 years.
After a long and eventful career as a runner, he cross-trained in a number of other activities from boxing and martial arts to outdoor pursuits and gymnastics.
He runs regular circuit training classes and is actively involved in coaching and instructing a number of sports whilst still pursuing his own fitness goals at the ripe young age of 42.

And because, in this day and age, summoning the devil is done faster and easier on the internet than by chanting incantations in a candle-lit room, you can email El Diablo at: el.diablo@hotmail.co.uk

  5. Hey El Diablo love the site especially the progressions! Just out of curiosity the place you are pictured working out along the sea front isn't fuerteventura is it? My dad reckons it is... I'm not convinced

  6. Hey just done my first 666 bodyweight programm this morining, gonna take a while to find my levels, but I love it.

    Been doing MDA's primal blueprint for a while and the reps are just too high for me, for example I can do way harder variation than press-ups, like 10 clapping press-up, but just can't get 50 reps in one go, so I think this is going to suit me way better and see some decent progress.

    Also I'm gonna be sore tommorrow :D

    I am a complete beginner but will start following the various progressions you have put up because i think it is a really great website and gives me a great starting point.

    Would it be possible for you to make pdf documents which can be downloaded for 'the essential 6 bodyweight progressions' and the 'further progressions' on each page of the various exercises with the pictures and info for each exercise. I think this will be great for all your users such as me as it will make it much easier to follow by for example having the pdf on the wall like a poster to follow the various progressions.

    Thank you for putting up this website. It has helped me out in so many ways. I hate going to the gym, so your program was perfect for me to do at home or at the beach. I am getting stronger every week, and it's an awesome feeling!!! Also I am a small petite woman who is insecure about her body but following your program is helping me overcome these insecurities. Knowing that I can do a a set of half pull-ups now does wonders for my confidence and overall well-being! Thank you again.
